We can assist with first time vehicle registrations. We can register car, motorbikes, trailers, caravans and trucks.

We will need the following documents:

• RLV Application for Registration and Licensing of Motor Vehicle
• Valid Road Worthy Certificate
• ID of buyer
• Proof of address
• Letter of consent for individual or business

Our service fee: R200 per vehicle

We can assist with licence renewals. We can renew cars, motorbikes, trailers, caravans and trucks.

We will need the following documents:

• ALV Motor Vehicle Licence Application or a clear photo of your licence disc or the renewal notice (MLV2)
• Copy of your ID document
• Proof of residential address
• Letter of consent for individual or business

Our service fee: R120 per vehicle

If you have sold your vehicle, it is highly advisable to let the authorities know. Until the new owner has registered the vehicle, you will remain liable for all fines and fees.

If you have sold your vehicle, we require the following forms:

• NCO Change of Ownership
• Letter of consent
• Copy of seller's ID

If you are the new owner, refer to the service section above for New registration and licensing

Our service fee: R120 per vehicle

For a change of address, we require the following information:

• NCP Notification of Change of Address or Particulars of Person or Organisation
• Copy of ID
• Proof of address
• Consent letter for individual or business

For deregistration, we require the following documents:

• DRC Application for Duplicate Registration or Deregistration of Motor Vehicle
• Original RCI certificate
• Copy of ID
• Proof of address
• Consent form for individual or business

Our service fee: R120 per vehicle

To introduce your business on the E-Natis system, takes from 7 to 14 working days.

We require the following documents:

• ABR Application
• Copy of business incorporation documents
• Proof of address in the name of the business
• Letter of appointment of proxy and representative, signed by all the directors
• Copies of ID's of all the directors
• Copies of ID's of appointed proxy and representative
• Letter of authorisation
