How the process works

• On our Services page, check which documents are required by us to perform the transaction on your behalf
• Complete the forms and scan it to PDF format.
• Complete the online form on the Contact page and upload the documents according to the service required
• When we receive your documents, we will advise you on the total cost: this is the actual licensing fee plus our service fee.
• Once you've accepted the quote, do an EFT and send us the proof of payment.
• We will give you a call when the service request is complete and you can choose to collect it from us or have it couriered at an additional cost.

• Change of address: R120
• Deregistration: R120 per vehicle
• Introduction of business on E-Natis system: R750
• Courier service: R120 to any destination in the Western Cape
